Terms and Conditions:
A booking is not confirmed unless a deposit of one night’s accommodation has been paid, or a valid credit card has been provided to secure the reservation.
Full payment or the balance owing is payable upon arrival.
Special requests are on a request basis only and are not guaranteed at the time of booking. Please contact us directly for further confirmation and clarification if necessary.
Bookings cancelled with more than 7 days’ notice will not be charged any cancellation fee. Bookings cancelled with less 7 days’ notice, but with 24 or more hours’ notice will be charged one night’s cancellation fee. Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or on the day of arrival, or in the case of a no show, will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
A no show due to COVID restrictions must still be advised more than 24 hours in advance otherwise full charges will apply. COVID cancellation requests are at the discretion of management. If you are unable to travel due to Covid19 once a deposit has been paid, and we can re-sell your booking, then subject to management discretion your deposit can be put towards a future booking (direct bookings only).
A credit card is required to secure the reservation and the first nights tariff may be taken at the time of reservation.
